Rebecca Reyes, R.N. completes probation with the Calif. Nursing Board

According to the LA Times, Rebecca Reyes, R.N., former charge nurse at Norris, has completed her probation. Her record is still public at

  • the California Nursing Board public website. The last I heard, she was working at Huntington Memorial Hospital.
  • She has never apologised to us.

    It’s hard to forgive someone who hurts your child. Last Sunday’s article in the Los Angeles Times (“Criminal Past No Bar to Nursing”) brought back painful memories of our own experiences with a particular nurse and the California Board of Registered Nursing.
